"Our family just returned from a week stay at the Sunshine Water House and it was everything we hoped for! The hosts were excellent communicators from start to finish and thought of every last detail to make our stay perfect. We had 9 people in our group, ages 6-60, and the house provided entertainment for all. There was a small restaurant within walking distance (a block) that we ordered pizza and wings from 4 times during the week when we didn’t feel like going anywhere. The location was perfect! It was easy to get to the Everglades, the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. We rented one of Ronny’s boats and took it to a place where the kids could play in the calm water, the adults could relax on the boat and everyone could take a dip in the ocean! It was a perfect day for all to enjoy and wouldn’t have happened had we stayed anywhere else. Being right on the canal was ideal and provided an authentic experience to check out the area by boat. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood. It has absolutely everything one would need for a vacation. We’ve stayed in many rental homes on vacation and the best in my experience are the ones that keep kids in mind. They thought of everything...pool floats, beach chairs and umbrella, tons of games, coloring books, golf, tv’s for all, fishing rods, bikes, a basketball hoop (we asked if they had one and there was one in the driveway when we pulled up!) and an amazing pool! I was worried about it being too cold to swim in, but all 9 of us were able to enjoy the pool all week, rain or shine. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and there was enough room for us to spread out. We are not usually the type to leave a good or bad review, but I really hope that others will benefit from knowing how excellent this stay was thanks to Ronny & Victoria. We can only hope to do it again soon!"

"Five star experience - clean, spacious and easy to use home with all the amenities and resources you need to make for a great time. The heated pool and backyard setup creates a communal atmosphere, as does the inviting dining room and play room. Hosts are incredibly kind, responsive and helpful with the area and the home. Enjoy!"

“Had a great experience!! The place was extremely clean and had all of the necessities. The neighborhood outside the house has a lot of life, but once you walk thru the door, it’s so peaceful, especially in the backyard on the dock. It’s full of color and tastefully decorated. A very happy home! Ronny was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be booking again when my family comes back. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Dania beach.”
